Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone who uses the Caracol Sports Club facility, this website or our workout app, including members and guests. By using them, you agree to these terms. The club is run by Caracol Sports Club, #146B Cuba Street, Sangkat Niroth, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.

To register a membership, give us your name and phone number at the front desk. A parent or guardian registers children. Membership is personal and can't be shared with or used by anyone else. Caracol Sports Club may refuse or end a membership for breaking these terms.

Every pass, from a single session to a yearly membership, is paid in advance at the front desk and is not refundable, including any unused days or months. Memberships can't be paused or transferred. If we end a membership for breaking these terms, no refund is due.

Wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and closed shoes in the gym. Use equipment with care and put it back after use. Treat staff, teachers and other members with courtesy, and follow staff instructions. Anyone who doesn't may be asked to leave.

There is no lifeguard on duty, and everyone swims at their own risk. Children under 10 must have an adult with them in the pool area at all times, except during a swim lesson, when their teacher looks after them. Wear proper swimwear in the pool, and a swim cap if you're learning. No pets are allowed in the pool.

The gym has no minimum age, but we don't recommend it for young children, and teens may need an adult with them.

Swim lessons are taught by independent teachers who set their own prices and schedules. You arrange and pay for lessons with the teacher, and the teacher is responsible for their students during the lesson. The club provides the pool and can introduce you to a teacher.

By using the workout app, you confirm that you are healthy enough to exercise. If a doctor has said you have a heart problem or should limit exercise, or you get chest pain, dizziness or faint when active, talk to a doctor before you use the app's workouts. You can sign in with Telegram or Google. Keep your account to yourself and don't misuse the app. Workout plans, including those built with AI, are general suggestions, not medical advice: stop if something hurts and ask a professional. We may change or stop app features, and we may close accounts that break these terms.

Community is where signed-in members share their workouts. Everyone at the club can see it, teenagers too, so posts, notes and photos must not include: • sexual content or nudity (gym clothes, swimwear and shirtless training are fine) • violence, threats or gore • hate, insults, bullying or making fun of anyone, including photos of other people taken without asking • self-harm • illegal drugs, or steroids and other doping • ads or selling things, or links to other businesses • phone numbers, emails, addresses or social media and chat names We check every post before it shows, and members can report posts. A post that may break these rules stays hidden until the club looks at it. We may then show it, delete it, or suspend the account for a set time or for good. A suspended account can't be used until the suspension ends.

You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness before using our facilities. We recommend consulting a doctor before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Caracol Sports Club staff are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice.

You use the facility, its equipment and the workout app at your own risk. As far as the law allows, Caracol Sports Club is not liable for injury, loss or theft on the premises, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Keep your valuables secure and report any safety concern to staff right away.

Caracol Sports Club may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our facility or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and disputes will be settled by the courts in Phnom Penh.
